VDT-Vision complex is not available for ordering in Russia.
At the moment we are looking for solution on local equipment and software for machine vision systems.
VDT-Service has experience in the development and implementation of vision systems for different production tasks.
Control of marking, dimensions, correct positioning and relative orientation of blanks, as well as many other tasks can be solved by using such systems.
For complex machine vision systems we suggest to use VDT-Vision software developed by VDT-Service with high performance and wide functionality.

Presently we are receiving a lot of requests regarding control systems upgrade based on Rockwell Automation equipment, using Russian or Chinese industrial components.
Interest in Russian or Chinese industrial components has recently been increasing and we are growingly receiving requests for training for substitution Rockwell and Siemens equipment.
In this connection we are forming list of new technical seminars and invite you to take part in an online survey, which will take only a few minutes to fill out.
VDT-Service offers to attend trainings on Rockwell Automation hardware and software. Trainings are held in classroom with specially prepared stands in strict accordance with the requirements for organizing technical seminars.
Seminars are held as close as possible to the features of existing industries, taking into account real experience and knowledge of our lecturers.

Control cabinets design, assembly, montage and commissioning
VDT-Service offers design and assembly services for control cabinets at its own production site in a specially equipped plant. Long-term experience of cabinets design and assembling allows us to perform these works with high quality appreciated by our partners.
We are ready to calculate, design and produce a reliable control cabinets with the required functionality. We will manufacture the cabinets with the required overall dimensions, holes, material, protection degree and other design features. If necessary, we can rebuild your cabinet`s project using Russian and Chinese components.
The cabinet assembly can be ordered according to your project. We can provide acceptance and test power supply in our assembly shop.
The assembled and tested cabinet can be installed by our company staff. We will take care of the issues that can arise during the installation and commissioning of cabinets assembled by our forces. If needed, we will adjust or adapt the project depending on the situation on the production site.
